Biographie

Grace Parisi joined the team at Martha and Marley Spoon in July 2016. Before that she lead the test kitchens at Food & Wine and TimeInc Books. She's written several cookbooks, one of which, Get Saucy, was nominated for a James Beard Award. Her latest is called The Quick Pickle Cookbook. Grace considers herself a culinary generalist—meaning she eats everything, but her favorite foods (unapologetically) are hot dogs, pizza, bibimbap, and anything Sichuan. Her Italian heritage was seriously called into question when she declared her preferred starch was rice and not pasta. In order of ranking, it's rice, pasta, bread, potatoes—period!
